"Apink Kim Nam-Joo will release a
single album on September 7 and make a surprise solo debut," her agency
PlayM Entertainment said on the morning of the 18th.
Kim Nam-Joo debuted in 2011 as a member of
Apink, who has established herself as a leading K-pop girl group for 10 years,
and has made a number of hit songs, including "FIVE,"
"LUV," "Mr. Chu," and "NoNoNo," and has been
successful from "I'm So Sick" to "Dumhdurum," which
dominated the music charts.
In particular, Kim Nam-Joo's solo debut is
drawing more attention through collaboration with So-yeon of the group
(G)I-DLE.
