
Weeekly, a new girl group from
PlayM Entertainment, showed off its "colorful charm."
Weeekly released the first
concept photo of its debut mini-album "We Are" at midnight on the
17th, catching the eyes of fans at home and abroad.
Weeekly's concept photo, which
has eight cuts including the group, overwhelms the eyes of the seven members
surrounded by colorful round balls and with their own glowing visuals. The
concept photo, which contains colorful spheres that contradict the black
background, and different charms of each member, is receiving positive
responses, arousing curiosity about their first debut album, "We
Are."
In particular, as this image creates
a different atmosphere from the concept trailer video of the lively
"Unexpected Girl" mood released on the 16th, more attention is being
paid to what their debut concept will look like. Expectations are high on what
colorful charms Weeekly, who has been building a unique presence one after
another ahead of his massive debut on the 30th, will show through his upcoming
debut activities.
PlayM Entertainment's new girl
group Weeekly, which will be introduced 10 years after Apink, is a rookie with
seven members aged 17 years on average, including Lee Soo-jin, Monday, Ji-han,
Shin Ji-yoon, Park So-eun, Joa and Lee Jae-hee. Weeekly, which has confirmed
its official debut date on the 30th, will deliver Weeekly's friendly charm of
wanting to meet the global K-pop market every day based on its catchphrase,
"It presents a new and special week every day."
Meanwhile,Weeekly will release
the final episode of its first reality show "PlayM New Artist Development
Team" on the 18th through global K-pop channel brand WonderK.
Weeekly's first mini-album
"We Are" will be available at 6 p.m. on the 30th through online music
