Idol fandom's playground "Fan & Star" held a surprise event for Chaeyoung on March 20. It is a global advertising project to celebrate Chae-young's birthday on April 23.

The project is a support-type event in which domestic and foreign fans can participate together, and success is confirmed by the number of stars (points collected on the site). If more than 20,000 stars are gathered, congratulatory ads will be posted.

The way to participate in the event is simple. It is a way to donate stars that fans have gathered hard to advertising products they want. Stars can be obtained by doing various activities on the site or completing various missions.

Currently, Chae-young's birthday project includes super-special products such as CM boards (Sagakgidung) at Hapjeong Station in Mapo-gu, Seoul, electronic boards at Shokuandori in Shinjuku, Japan, large electronic boards at the intersection of Hongdae Station, media facade in Myeong-dong, and electronic boards at the waiting room at 43 stations on Seoul Subway Line 2.

Fans are already sending congratulatory messages such as "Baby beast Chaeyoung. Happy birthday Chaeyoung" in the project comments.  Attention is focusing on whether Chae-young's birthday project will succeed thanks to the enthusiastic love of her fans.  The event will run through April 12.
