Singer-songwriter YU SEUNG WOO will be back on stage for the first time in four years with the musical “Secretly Greatly-THE LAST.”
"YU SEUNG WOO has been cast in <Secretly Great-THE LAST>," its management agency Starship Entertainment said.
The musical "Secretly Great-THE LAST" is about a trio of special operations from the South of North Korea sneaking into Daldongne with the grand mission of national reunification, living under the guise of a local idiot, a aspiring singer and a high school student, respectively.
Based on this, he will be performing his new role as a musical actor for the first time in about four years in February. Through this work, questions will be gathered about the unusual changes that will be made from an emotional singer-songwriter to an actor. As he has voice that impresses listeners, his guitar skills at the level and his musical talent that can be produced throughout the album, there is high expectation of what kind of performance he will perform on stage.
"It's a musical that I've been preparing for for a long time, so I feel excited and worried at the same time," YU SEUNG WOO said. "As ‘Secretly Greatly-THE LAST’ is loved by various contents, I will practice my best for a good performance, so please look forward to it."
Meanwhile, the musical "Secretly Greatly-THE LAST" featuring YU SEUNG WOO will run from February 15 to March 29 at Sejong Center for the Performing Arts in Seoul.
