Kim Sung Kyu, a member of the group INFINITE, will embark on a concert tour as his first step since his discharge from the military and meet with fans.
Kim Sung Kyu will hold his solo concert ‘Kim Sung Kyu SOLO CONCERT SHINE ENCORE’ after his discharge from the military and will start his full-fledged activities. Starting with a solo concert in Korea at Olympic Handball Stadium in Seoul's Olympic Park for a total of three days from Feb. 7-9, he will share musical interactions with local and foreign fans at the TOYOSU PIT in Japan from Feb. 22-23, and Taipei TICC from March 21-22.
The concert will be prepared to express gratitude to local and foreign fans for their unwavering support during his military service. As it is the first time for artist Kim Sung Kyu to meet fans since his discharge from the military, he plans to give a high-quality performance with stories and songs he has never shared.
Kim Sung Kyu made his debut as INFINITE in 2010 and released many hit songs such as "Be Mine" and "The Chaser," making him popular with his excellent singing ability.
He gained his foundation as a solo artist by releasing "Another Me," "27" and "10 Stories" in 2012, and showed off his full-fledged entertainer in the musical "Gwanghwa-mun Love Song," "In the Heights," and "AllSHOOKUP" and the play "Amadeus." Even after joining the military, he has continued to meet with audiences by performing in military musicals "New School of the Performing Arts" and musical "The Promise of the Day."
Meanwhile, tickets for Kim Sung Kyu's first solo concert will be booked through the reservation site Melon Ticket at 8 p.m. on Jan. 13.
