AOA Seolyun funded the treatment of the needy.

On December 19, LOVE FNC revealed Seolhyun had donated 50 million Won for the treatment of young cancer patients from underprivileged families. Her donated funds will be used for the children's treatment at the Samsung Medical Center. 

Seolyun said in a statement from LOVE FNC officials that she had received news from children and adolescents who were unable to undergo the surgery because of the lack of money.

Seolyun donated 50 million won to Pohang, North Gyeongsang Province, and 50 million won to a Seoul agricultural school in 2017.

Last year, she donated 100 million won to the Community Chest of Korea to support low-income youth and children's welfare centers and joined the Anas Society, continuing her good deeds and practicing continued sharing.
