BaekYerin proved once again that she is a strong musician in the music industry.
BaekYerin's first full-length album, "Every Letter I Sent You," released at 6 p.m. on Dec. 10, achieved a great feat by successfully charting all 18 songs on music sites such as Bugs and Genie.
Also, the title track "Square" was ranked No. 1 on real-time charts such as Melon, Genie and Bugs as of Dec. 10-21, proving to be a true music powerhouse. In particular, 17 of the 18 songs in the album are English lyrics, and this is the first time that an English song among Korean pop songs has topped the real-time charts.
This marks a successful first step for BaekYerin, who challenged JYP Entertainment to become a single player after the end of her contract. BaekYerin wrote on her personal SNS account, "It takes a lot of courage to prepare a big album. Thank you so much for giving me a lot of courage and beauty."
Meanwhile, BaekYerin's upcoming album, which is her first full-length album since her debut and includes many unreleased songs that have been loved, can be viewed through the entire online music site.
