
Collaboration between SUGA of group BTS and world-renowned singer Halsey was released.
Halsey released the digital single "SUGA's Interlude" on Dec. 6 when BTS' SUGA participated in producing and featuring through music sites and streaming platforms around the world at midnight.
The collaboration came at Halsey's suggestion for collaboration once again, after Halsey participated in the featuring of BTS' MAP OF THE SOUL: PERSONA's title track "Boy With Luv (feat. Halsey)," which was released in April.
In particular, the song is a true collaboration between SUGA and Halsey, and SUGA participated in rap featuring lyrics written in Korean, including lyrics and compositions, while Halsey wrote her own lyrics. SUGA's English name is also mentioned in the song's title, drawing attention.
The "SUGA's Interlude" will be featured on Halsey's new album Manic, which is scheduled to be released on Jan. 17 next year, and was released first as a digital single prior to the album's release.
On Dec. 3, Halsey announced collaboration with SUGA through live broadcasts of her SNS channel, saying SUGA is an artist with perfect sensibility for her new album.
In addition, the video releasing the tracklist for the new album introduced 'SUGA's Interlude' as track 13 and announced that 'SUGA's Interlude' will be released on December 6, raising expectations among fans around the world about what combination SUGA and Halsey will show.
