Girl group MAMAMOO successfully wrapped up their three-week new song "HIP."
MAMAMOO ended their official activities of the title track "HIP" of their second full-length album "Reality in BLACK" on Dec. 1, ending the stage of SBS' "Inkigayo."
In particular, MAMAMOO showed off the power of "Believing and Listening MAMAMOO" once again, recording good performances on music and overseas charts with "HIP."
They did not only top Billboard's World Digital Song sales in the U.S., but also ranked at the top of the world album chart for the second consecutive week. They have also proved their global influence on overseas charts, also topping Japan's iTunes.
As such, MAMAMOO has achieved steady growth even in its six-year debut, standing tall as the K-pop's flagship girl group.
In particular, MAMAMOO was the only girl group to win the TOP10 trophy at the "2019 Melon Music Awards" on Nov. 30, making it even more anticipated for the upcoming 2020 year.
Meanwhile, MAMAMOO is scheduled to appear on the stage for its K-pop program and major awards shows at the end of 2019.
