'FAN N STAR' has launched a project to advertise the birthday of group BLACKPINK JISOO.

Idol weekly ranking website FAN N STAR held a surprise event for JISOO on December 2. It's a big ad project celebrating her birthday on Jan. 3.

JISOO's birthday event will be successful with the number of stars (points that can be collected on the site) donated by fans. The more stars gather, the more celebratory advertisements are posted in various places.

When more than 20,000 stars are gathered, congratulatory advertisements will be shown on the CM board at Hapjeong Station in Mapo-gu, Seoul. If there are 65,000 stars, there will also be a congratulatory advertisement on the front panel of 43 subway stations on Seoul Subway Line 2.

In addition, various products such as travel bus, airport railway AM board, Hongik Station Multivision and Hongik University CGV trailer advertisements are available.

JISOO's birthday project is available on the "ADs." section of the FAN N STAR website. With the event running through Dec. 22, attention is focused on whether it will be successful for the rest of the year.

Meanwhile, BLACKPINK, which includes JISOO, is working to release a new album in 2020.
