THE BOYZ’ 日 First Mini Album 'TATTOO' Line Music No. 1 on Real-Time Charts


The Japanese first mini-album of the group THE BOYZ has topped.

THE BOYZ's agency Cracker Entertainment said that the title song "TATTOO," the first Japanese mini-album title track released on Nov. 4 through major Japanese music sites, topped the real-time top 100 chart of Line Music, a leading Japanese music site.

THE BOYZ's performance is even more surprising as it is the result of their success over famous local artists such as Arashi and AAA.

Even before its release, THE BOYZ's new Japanese song "TATTOO," which drew keen attention from local fans by topping the sales list of Japanese tower record-recorded daily albums, has been making significant achievements one after another, topping the K-pop Daily Chart by Japan's largest streaming site Recochoku on Nov. 4.

Starting with the pre-released album of Japan's first mini-album "TATTOO" on Nov. 4, THE BOYZ was set to launch local music sales on Nov. 6 and made a massive debut in the Japanese market.

The new song "TATTOO" is a song that can confirm the charisma and intense charm of the grown-up THE BOYZ, and the song's overall lyrics are composed in Korean, in an unusual move for Japan's first original song. At the same time as the music release, THE BOYZ, who has turned on the green light for its global activities, held various local promotions in November and hold a massive meeting with local fans.

Previously, THE BOYZ had demonstrated the keen interest of the Japanese market earlier, announcing their management contract with Japanese music giant Sony Music even before their official debut in Korea.
