The debut song of solo
artist ALEXA has been on the iTunes music chart.
According to 'TOP K-Pop Song
Charts' by iTunes Store iTunes on October 25, ALEXA's first digital single
'Bomb' ranked fifth and in English version, 36th.
This is ALEXA's first entry into the music charts, a feat that was made just four days after its debut. The music video for "Bomb," which was released on the U.S. Billboard on the 21st, is also about to reach 2.6 million views as of October 25, making it a serious concern for ALEXA, both local and international.
ALEXA's debut song "Bomb" is a powerful dance song that combines the Afrobeat and Dancehall, the first attempt by a female solo artist in Korea. The music video produced by ZANYBROS, which spawned the music video of some of the nation's top-class artists such as BTS, EXO and Girls' Generation, succeeded in building Alexa's genre by adding a groundbreaking concept called "A.I in the Multiverse," and it also drew attention as it focused on Billboard in the U.S. even before its release.z
ALEXA, which is receiving attention from global music fans including Billboard, is the first self-produced artist to be introduced by ZANYBROS label, ZB LABEL. Last year, she appeared on Mnet's "Produce 48" under the name Alex Kristin and made her solo debut as the first person to be on the program.
Meanwhile, ALEXA has been in the lineup of the global festival "KAMP Singapore 2019" at Singapore's Singapore Stadium on Nov. 9 and 10 for two days and is set to debut as a super Rookie.
