The depth of the WINNER has changed. The expanded musical spectrum reaffirmed the infinite possibilities of WINNER, which stands at the boundary between idols and artists.

WINNER released its third mini-album "CROSS" at 6 p.m. on Oct. 23. The album topped iTunes' 27-nation chart as of 8 a.m. on Oct. 24. Also, the company ranked No. 1 on the iTunes Worldwide album chart, as well as No. 1 in Japan's iTunes pop and K-pop categories.

The title track "SOSO" topped two real-time music charts in South Korea. WINNER is gradually breaking apart due to the stepped-up trend of the so-called "concrete chart," in which ballad music powerhouses are strong.

WINNER introduced music that takes a step forward as an idol and artist in its sixth year since its debut. You can feel it in the title track "SOSO" and the album "CROSS".

"SOSO" is a song that describes the emotional state of pain-ridden emotions as a reversal of each part, unlike the appearance of pretending to be thick and strong after parting. The members expressed their feelings in various genres including pop, dance, and hip-hop. It embodies the WINNER's wide range of music.

Fans say that each part of the members, including Kang Seung-Yoon's powerful groove, Song Min-ho's galloping burst of rap, Kim Jin-woo's emotion and immaturity, and Lee Seung-hoon's accurate yet chipped rap, captured their individuality but successfully revived WINNER's breathing.

WINNER participated in writing and composing the entire song for 'CROSS' album. The six tracks on the album, including "SOSO," "OMG," "DRESS UP," "FLAMENCO," "WIND" and "DON'T BE SHY," will be followed by hip-hop, dance, and R&B, filling the track list. Not only "SOSO," but also the album as a whole offers a glimpse into the WINNER's musicality.

"FLAMENCO" and "WIND" are solo songs by Lee Seung-hoon and Kang Seung-Yoon. Along with the team, these songs feature the outstanding capabilities of WINNER members as solo artists. Along with the two members, Song Min-ho and Kim Jin-woo also released their first solo album and single earlier.

WINNER hosted a concert with the new album. The WINNER [CROSS] TOUR IN SEOUL, held at the KSPO DOME on Oct. 26 and Oct. 27, was subtitled "X" and "+," which symbolize the performance title "CROSS." The concert is composed of different set lists and others and showcased the WINNER's colorful charms following the new album.
