Jeong Se-woon, the "Singer song idol," successfully ended his three-week promotional tour of "When it Rains." 

Jeong Se-woon wrapped up the promo activities of the title track "When It Rains" from his mini- album "DAY" with SBS' "Inkigayo," which aired on Oct. 20. At the tour’s end, he delivered his special closing remarks through his agency Starship Entertainment on Tuesday. 

"This activity was a series of really unexpected and happy times," he said. "The first time I tried to play the ballad title track with the guitar down, and the fact that I was able to win the first place on the music show was something I had never thought of before." 

"But when I experienced various moments of happiness, I felt that all of that happiness was thanks to the luckiest people (formal fan clubs). I want to say thank you to the lucky people who silently support me wherever I am," he said. "I love you so much." 

"I will be Jeong Se-woon, a singer who proudly stands in front of the lucky ones and tries hard for good music," he said. "Sadly, I'm going to wrap up my DAY album activity, but I'm going to continue to greet you through various entertainment programs, so please look forward to it." 

In his latest album, Jeong Se-woon broke away from the bright and cheerful guitar boy image he has shown so far to become an "emotional balladeer," thus showing everybody his growing maturity as an artist. 

In particular, the ballad title track "When It Rains," which was the first to be released after dropping the guitar that he had been with on stage since his debut, expressed his emotion with a focus on his calm yet powerful vocals. On top of that, the restrained and lonely, affectionate tones suits the mood of the season, tugging at the heartstrings of music fans. 

He also enjoyed the honor of being the first No. 1 in a music show. For the first time since his debut with the title track "When It Rains," Jeong Se-woon has become the "The Show Choice" on SBS MTV's "The Show”. 

His musical prowess was even better with his mini album "DAY." He showed off his talent as the "Singer song idol” on his self-composed song "Day & Day," while his mellow guitar melody on 

"Love In Fall" with a groovy rhythm, drew enthusiastic responses from music fans, proving his unusual musical sensibility. The songs, which express a wide range of emotions, add to the album's appeal among fans. 

Jeong Se-woon constantly evolves with each album he releases, showing the development of "Singer song idol." Fans are increasingly anticipating what Jeong Se-woon will be in the future, as he continues to explore the limits of his musicality. 

Jeong Se-woon plans to continue his wide-ranging performance with various promotional activities, including appearances in SBS Moby Dick's music talk "Sorimate" and EBS radioprogram "Listen."
