Lovelyz Kei's first
solo album will finally be unveiled.
Kei, or Kim
Ji-yeon, will release her first solo mini-album "Over and Over" at 6
p.m. on Oct. 8, and release songs from the title track "I Go."
Kei (played by Kim Ji-yeon), who is the first member of Lovelyz to release a
mini album and move on to a solo career, was previously recognized for her
outstanding singing ability through various collaboration songs and OST.
The album's title,
"Over and Over," means "a new musical attempt by Kei (Kim
Ji-yeon), who is making endless progress."
The album features a total of six tracks of colorful genres, including the
title track "I Go."
The title track "I Go" is a adult fairy tale that is passed on to us
in our normal daily lives.
It tells a hopeful story that light-like beings who are always around in hard
and weary days helps us to move forward and fly higher. The beautiful piano
melody and light string meet with Kei's emotional voice, hugging each other and
drawing new momentum latent in solo artist Kei's worldview.
Her real name Kim
Ji-yeon, not Lovelyz Kei, is also expected to be enough to live up to many
public expectations as a solo artist with the will to show a differentiating
look from her existing image.
Kei (played by Kim Ji-yeon), who is much loved by fans for her clear tones, is
drawing attention from many music fans who are curious about what story she
will draw in her first album.
Meanwhile, the tracks, including Lovelyz Kei's new song "I Go," will
be released on various music sites at 6 p.m. on Oct. 8.
