SuperM will present
a new SMP (SM Music Performance / S.M. Music Performance) with its first
mini-album title track "Jopping."
SuperM's first
mini-album, "SuperM," will be released on Oct. 4 through various
Korean music sites, including iTunes, Apple Music, and Spotify, as well as
Melon, Flo and Genie, with a total of five colorful songs, which are expected
to draw keen attention.
In particular, the
title track "Jopping" is a newly coined word meaning
"Party," which is a combination of "Jumping" and
"Popping," and contains a message "Let's enjoy our set own stage
on fire." It is an electronic pop genre song featuring the grand brass
sound of the introduction and energetic vocals and is expected to attract eyes
and ears as it expresses the SMP SuperM wants to show through its intense sound
and performance.
The album is
produced by Lee Soo-man himself at the request of the U.S.-based Capital Music
Group and is expected to receive favorable responses from global fans as he can
immerse in a new music that is complete with synergies of the seven members.
Meanwhile, SuperM
is scheduled to hold an outdoor showcase "SuperM: Live From Capitol
Records in Hollywood" at the Capitol Records Tower in Hollywood on Oct. 5
and unveil its new song stage for the first time.
