The track list for "Park Yongin
0.5," the first solo mini album by Park Yongin, a member of South Korea's
leading emotional music group Urban Zakapa, was unveiled in a surprise move.
The agency Makeus Entertainment raised expectations
by unveiling a teaser image containing credits of a total of six tracks,
including the title track "It's Time to Go Home," through its
official SNS channel on Sept. 17 at 0 a.m. on the release of "Park Yongin
0.5."
Park Yongin filled more than half of the
tracks, including "It's Time to Go Home," "Seongsu-dong
Starbucks" and "Color," with his own musical prowess, deep
sensibility and new appeal that he has never shown before. In addition to the
title track "It's Time to Go Home," which is widely expected due to
the participation of emotional vocalist Lin, Winter plays Lee Ju-han and rookie
rapper Kim Ha-on also boosted the album's maturity through collaboration with
talented artists.
Since his debut in 2009 with Urban Zakapa's
debut album "Café Latte," Park Yongin has demonstrated his ability as
a singer-songwriter by participating as a composer, lyricist and songwriter in
numerous hit songs such as "When We Were Two," "In front of the
Piano," "Sweety You," "Wish" and "Seoul
Night." He impressed the public with his boy band through his active solo
activities such as the drama OST "Ulacha cha Waikiki 2" and "The
Court of the Witch," as well as "Coughs" sung with Sister Soyou.
"Park Yongin 0.5" is Park
Yongin's first solo album in 10 years since debuting in the K-pop scene as a
member of Urban Zakapa. With Park Yongin's unique, charming low notes and deep
sensibilities, it is expected to stimulate fall sensibility and show his true
value as a vocalist.
Meanwhile, Park Yongin will hold a music
screening to mark the release of his first solo mini album at 5 p.m. somewhere
in Seoul on Sept. 17, and the entire song will be released on major local music
sites at 6 p.m. the same day.
