
The music video for "YES or YES" by the group TWICE
has surpassed 200 million views on YouTube.
The "YES or YES" MV, released by TWICE at 6 p.m. on
Nov. 5, 2018, surpassed 200 million views on YouTube at 7:41 a.m. on Aug. 29.
This will give TWICE more than 200 million views for nine of its 11 active
songs.
Previously, "LKEY" MV also garnered more than 400
million views on YouTube at 10:44 p.m. on Tuesday, proving its appearance as an
Asian one-top girl group.
TWICE, which holds the record for the first time in K-pop
girl group history, from its debut song "OOH-AHH" to its latest
"FANCY," is moving toward achieving "11 consecutive MVs of 200
million views."
"YES, or YES" is a song that only answers TWICE's
confident and lovely confession. The members' dynamic choreography and exciting
rhythms were harmonized and loved.
TWICE, meanwhile, kicked off its two-day "TWICE WORLD
TOUR 2019 "TWICE WORLD TOUR 2019" on May 25 and 26 in Seoul, followed
by a four-city tour of the Americas on July 17 in Bangkok, Manila and
Singapore, and a total of 10 concerts in Kuala Lumpur on Aug. 17.
Meanwhile, Japan's fourth single "HAPPY HAPPY" released on July 17 and its fifth single "Breakthrough" released on July 24 have recently won platinum record recognition from the Recording Association of Japan. All of the albums released in Japan have become platinum records, continuing with achieving eight consecutive platinum records.
TWICE is
also preoccupied with preparing for its new album, including shooting a music
video for a new song.
