AKMU will visit fans with its new music
about two years and two months after "SUMMER EPISODE" released in
July 2017.
YG Entertainment released its first teaser
poster to announce AKMU’S comeback on its official blog at 10 a.m. today.
The new logo of AKMU, which is different
from the existing logo, and the horizontal poster of Blurton, which looks like
a piece of art, are drawing attention.
Expectations are all the greater as it is Lee
Chan-hyuk's first music show to the public since he was discharged from the
military in May. In particular, since it is Lee's first news release since he turned
20, he is expected to be able to meet AKMU’S more mature music.
AKMU had a two-year hiatus as Lee Chan-hyuk
served in the Marine Corps. During the period, Lee has been meeting listeners
as a DJ for KBS Cool FM's "Run up the volume of AKMU Suhyun." In
addition, he served as a judge for JTBC's "Superband" and appeared in
"Begin Again 3" to show off his mature musical side.
AKMU won the 2012 SBS audition program
"K-pop Star Season 2" and nestled in YG Entertainment. Since then, it
has been loved for its songs of novel lyrics and witty melodies, including
"200%," "Give Love," "Long Night in Long Days"
and "Dinosaur."
