"K-pop Legend" Super Junior is finally
returning with its ninth full-length album.
Super Junior uploaded its new album concept image on its
official website at 3 a.m. on Sept. 3 and began the countdown to "999
hours," meaning comeback, at 6 p.m. on Oct. 14, attracting global music
fans.
In addition to the dreamy atmosphere, the nine images
released have a close-up of distinctive props for each member, including retro
cameras, electronic devices, Lego and roller skates, fueling questions about
the concept of the new album.
As it is the first full-length comeback after a decade of
military service by members, Super Junior will first visit fans with the
reality show "Shuju Returns 3," which shows the entire process of
producing a new album, from the selection of the title track to recording,
practicing choreography and shooting the album jacket. Super Junior's real
album production machine "Shuju Returns 3" will premiere on the V
LIVE (V-app) and Naver TV's "Shuju Returns" channel at noon on Sept.
9.
Meanwhile, Super Junior will hold its solo concert
"SUPER JUNIOR WORLD TOUR – SUPER SHOW 8" on Oct. 12-13 at the
KSPODOME in Olympic Park in Seoul ahead of its regular ninth album comeback.
