Singer Lee Jin-hyuk has topped the individual list of "Fan & Star."

From Sept. 2-9, "Who is the star you want to make Songpyun a Korean tragical risk maker?" held a vote in the first week of September. Lee Jin-hyuk topped the individual ranking vote with 839,474 votes. Kyuhyun followed with 690,007 votes to stay in second place, while Kim Woo-suk of X1 earned 123,299.

"Fan & Star" will show news of its No. 1 celebration on the subway line No. 2 and on the electronic board located in Shinjuku, Japan, if the artist tops the individual rankings for five consecutive weeks. In addition, if they finish first for 10 consecutive weeks, they will be inducted into the Hall of Fame. In particular, it offers a variety of special features, including screening of news of the award through electronic boards located in South Korea and Japan.
