The synergy between singer-songwriter Heize and SUGA
Bangtan Boys worked well.
As of 8 a.m., Heize's new digital single "We Don't
Talk Together" (Prod. SUGA) was ranked No. 1 on the real-time charts of
seven major online music sites, including Melon, Genie, Mnet, Bugs, Olleh
Music, Soribada and Naver.
The song, which was released at 6 p.m. on July 7, swept
the top of the all-music chart in a single shot after its release, and
succeeded in a high-speed all-kill, proving once again the potential of
"beloved and heard music queen" Heize.
Since its first full-length album "She's Fine"
released in March, "We Don't Talk Together" is a new album that Heize
will unveil for the first time in about four months and produced by BTS SUGA,
which drew keen attention. On top of that, the emotional sound and vocals
unique to Heize, and lyrics that vividly depict the sad situation of standing
in front of each other without telling each other's true feelings, instantly
captivated the listeners.
The music video released is also attracting netizens'
attention with its visual beauty and solid story.
Through his agency, Heize said, "We sincerely thank
producer Min for our work, El Capitan Lee Jung, Gi-boy and everyone who listens
to 'We Don't Talk Together'. Tell me more about the feelings you have for the
people you care about. I love you. Thank you."
Meanwhile, Heize's new single 'We Don't Talk Together' is
also available on a local record.
