Outing in Daechi-dong with Yoo Jae-suk and Yoo Yeon-seok... Park Sung-woong and Lee Sang-yoon appear in 'Whenever There's a Chance'

On the 17th, SBS variety show 'Whenever There's a Chance, Season 4' aired, featuring actors Park Sung-woong and Lee Sang-yoon visiting Daechi-dong with Yoo Jae-suk and Yoo Yeon-seok. They carried out a mission to bring luck to the 'Tteum owner.' During the broadcast, Yoo Jae-suk joked, "Seeing that they have ties to Daechi-dong, they must be actors," drawing laughter. Yoo Jae-suk then asked Park Sung-woong and Lee Sang-yoon, "Wasn't Sang-yoon good at studying? Are you Daechi kids?" Lee Sang-yoon replied, "I have nothing to do with Daechi-dong. I'm from Yeouido."
On that day's broadcast, Park Sung-woong and Lee Sang-yoon revealed they appeared simply because they liked 'Whenever There's a Chance,' without any special promotional purpose. The show's opening began at Park Sung-woong's regular Chinese restaurant. Park Sung-woong confidently said, "The uljjajang here is really delicious," and after tasting it, Yoo Jae-suk, Yoo Yeon-seok, and Lee Sang-yoon exclaimed, "It's delicious. It couldn't be anything but delicious."
Lee Sang-yoon attempted a dad joke at the Chinese restaurant, saying, "Kids don't eat well when they cry, right? Because 'ul' (cry) can't be 'myeon' (noodles)." Park Sung-woong responded, "Lee Sang-yoon is always like this," and Yoo Yeon-seok added, "I almost made a dad joke too but held back," causing laughter. Later, when Park Sung-woong asked, "Do you know what kind of car Santa hates?" no one answered, so he revealed the answer, "Santa Fe." This caused the atmosphere to become a bit awkward.
Lee Sang-yoon and Park Sung-woong showed frustration after failing the mission. During the broadcast, Park Sung-woong and Yoo Jae-suk shared that they became close through the same baseball club in their 30s. Park Sung-woong said, "That's why I appeared on almost every variety show where Jae-suk was the MC." Yoo Yeon-seok joked, "I guess you weren't among the top baseball players," making everyone laugh. Park Sung-woong added, "I'm still on a baseball team now. I formed the team three years ago and I'm the captain." Yoo Jae-suk said, "I haven't been able to play baseball lately. It's not easy to participate in club activities after getting married."
Lee Sang-yoon said he likes basketball and added, "That's why I appeared on the basketball variety show 'Handsome Tigers'." Yoo Jae-suk asked, "Wasn't it only for handsome people to appear there?" Lee Sang-yoon replied, "There were members who weren't handsome too." Afterwards, they met the Tteum owner who runs a baduk (Go) class, and the game was played with alkkagi (capturing stones). Park Sung-woong and Lee Sang-yoon mentioned they have strong competitiveness, and Lee Sang-yoon said, "I don't play games often because I hate losing." Yoo Yeon-seok expressed concern, saying, "Competitiveness alone isn't enough... When you have too much competitiveness, the results weren't good."
When the game started, Park Sung-woong and Lee Sang-yoon showed timid behavior, surprising everyone. Yoo Jae-suk teased Lee Sang-yoon, who was timidly placing baduk stones, saying, "You have veins popping out on your arm like this." Park Sung-woong repeatedly made mistakes and expressed frustration, saying, "Am I this bad at games? I'm going crazy." In the end, they ultimately failed the mission. After the game, Park Sung-woong said, "I have nothing to say. It's devastating," and Yoo Jae-suk added, "It's such a shame. Can it really go this wrong? I thought the game was easy, but it's so disappointing." Park Sung-woong added, "It's a feeling of defeat I haven't felt in a long time. 'Whenever There's a Chance' doesn't seem like a program to watch with a smile." Lee Sang-yoon also expressed regret over the mission failure, saying, "It was fun to watch on the broadcast."
