TXT's 'Dream Market: STAR', Gaon Chart's first-half sales surpassed 186,000!

TXT ranked 12th on the first half album chart of 2016 Gaon! Best rookie performance this year!

The group TXT (Subin, Fed, Bumgyu, Taehyun and Hu Ningkai) set a rookie record for the year with first-half album sales.

TXT's debut album "Dream Chapter: STAR," released in March, ranked 12th on the album chart for the first half of 2019, according to Gaon Chart, a South Korean authorized music chart. It is the highest performance among rookies that debuted this year.

Shortly after the album's release, TXT earlier set a new record among debut rookies this year, topping iTunes' "Top Album" chart in 44 countries and regions around the world and ranking 140th on the U.S. Billboard's main album chart, "Billboard 200."

In addition, it topped the Gaon album chart in March with sales of some 145,000 copies. TXT is the only rookie to top the Gaon monthly album chart released this year.

At the same time, TXT re-established its status as a "Global Super Rookie" by achieving its best new album sales in the first half of the year.

Meanwhile, TXT is set to appear in Japan's largest fashion festival, "Kansai Collection 2019 AUTUMN & WINTER," and "The 29th Tokyo Girls Collection 2019 AUTUMN / WINTER" in August and September.
