Hong Bin of the group VIXX and Hyungwon of the Monsta X have unveiled behind-the-scenes footage of the recording studio of the collaboration song "COOL LOVE."

Starship Entertainment, which is currently working on 'K-pop Collaboration Project' with global beverage brand Pepsi, posted a video of the recording studio of THE LOVE OF SUMMMER: THE PERFORMANCE 'COOL LOVE' on its official SNS and YouTube channels on the afternoon of July 7.

In the making video released, Hongbin and Hyungwon appear in the recording studio with simple casual clothes and draw attention by boasting warm-hearted visuals. The two are recording with   serious looks on their faces and reveal their artistic side with the fantastic duet.

"It's my first time to do a duet with another group, so I'm very excited," Hong said. "It's going to be fun and I wonder how it will come out because the song is a performance song." Hyungwon also expressed his special feelings, saying, "It's a very meaningful occasion to be able to sing like this with other singers," and "I'm very honored."

Lastly, Hongbin and Hyungwon expressed their expectations for the collaboration song, saying, "I'm going to sing a duet with other members of the group. I like the song and I'll do a great job. Please look forward to it."

The new song "COOL LOVE," which was released briefly through the video, is the second summer installment of Pepsi and Starship's K-pop music presentation project, and Hong Bin and Hyungwon, under the slogan "FOR THE LOVE OF IT," drew attention as well. In particular, the song with strong energy on summer days and unique vocals are drawing more attention from music fans.

Hongbin is a member of the group VIXX, and has received great love for releasing "I'm Ready to Get Hurt," "Chained Up" and "Do Won-kyung" since his debut in 2012, and has continued his active career as an actor, appearing in various dramas, including "Witch's Love" and "100 Million Stars Falling From the Sky."

Hyungwon is a member of the group Monsta X, and has gained high popularity for his 2015 debut with "DRAMARAMA," "Jealousy," "Shoot Out" and "Alligator," and has been performing EDM music such as "BAM!BAM!BAM!" and "ONE" and "MY NAME" for two years in a row.
