Group THEBOYZ will be featured on the famous U.S. talk show "Good Day New York" and will be introduced as a representative of "New Current."

"As of 9 a.m. on Tuesday (local time), Fox5 (FOX5) channel's famous talk show "Good Day New York" was confirmed. Earlier in the day, "Good Day New York" made official the news of THEBOYZ's appearance through its official SNS, fueling fans' expectations.

"Good Day New York" is a popular U.S. morning show broadcasted live on Fox 5 channel and has been loved by the channel's flagship program for more than 30 years since 1988. In Korea, K-pop artists, who are leading the global Hallyu, such as Super Junior, GOT7 and MONSTA X, have been making headlines with a series of appearances.

THEBOYZ, which will air live on "Good Day New York" on Tuesday, will perform an energy performance of "No Air,", exchange talks, and win the hearts of local viewers.

In addition to broadcasting, THEBOYZ is expected to engage in global communication through various local promotions such as participating in 'KCON New York' stage, presenting colorful performances, and holding online events with Tumblr, a major social networking site operated by Yahoo.

Introduced in 2018 as one of the "10 Best New K-pop Artists of 2018" selected by the U.S. Billboard, THEBOYZ has since solidified its "big-to-gross" move, sweeping seven rookie-Luke Awards in South Korea. In particular, THEBOYZ has grabbed the hot attention of global fandom, with its first entry into the U.S. "Billboard Social 50" chart before and after the release of its new song "Bloom Bloom" in May, and its introduction to the Billboard column along with favorable reviews.

Meanwhile, THE BOYZ, which previously successfully completed its seven-nation Asian Pantone tour "The Castle," will stay in New York for the time being to spur local promotions. In August, it will participate in the "Summer Sonic 2019" festival in Japan as a representative K-pop artist.
