
Two days before the British show of Wembley, the group BTS performed on "Britain's Got Talent," showing its side as a global superstar.
BTS performed as a performance guest in the semi-final of the season "Britain's Got Talent," which was broadcast live on the U.K.-based ITV channel on May 30 (local time).
On the day, BTS performed live on the stage of their new album MAP OF THE SOUL: PERSONA's title track "Boy With Luv," drawing explosive reactions from the audience. The relaxed, perfect performance set against the backdrop of the colorful stage received a standing ovation from the judges and caught the eyes of viewers around the world with the enthusiastic roar of the audience.
BTS received much attention for their appearance ahead of their solo concert at Wembley Stadium on the same day, and realized BTS’s worldwide popularity, with Twitter's hashtag (#BTSonBGT) reaching global trends.
"Britain's Got Talent" is Britain's most popular audition program that finds talent in various categories, including singers, dancers and comedians. The 13th season has been broadcast by the British ITV since April, with judges Simon Cowell, Alisha Dixon, David Williams and Amanda Holden.
BTS held a tour of "LOVE YOURSELF: SPEAK YOURSELF" at Wembley Stadium in England on June 1 and 2, drawing a total of 120,000 viewers in both days.
