Group BTS has appeared on the popular late-night U.S. talk show 'The Late Show with Stephen Colbert’

BTS performed at talk show "The Late Show With Stephen Colbert," which was held at Ed Sullivan Theater in Manhattan, New York, on May 15 (local time).

The Stephen Colbert show first released a special preview video prior to BTS' appearance. In the video, Stephen Colbert dressed up as Ed Sullivan on the "Ed Sullivan Show," the Beatles' first TV show in the U.S. and appeared with BTS. Introducing BTS as a star who appeared on the show 55 years, three months and six days after the Beatles, BTS' new sensation sweeping the world was BTS Mania, raising expectations for the show.

Lastly, BTS performed its new album MAP OF THE SOUL: PERSONA's title track "Boy With Luv."

Ed Sullivan Theater was the venue where the Beatles performed for the first time on a U.S. TV show, and the performance that all seven members performed in suits, a black and white stage video, and fans watching while cheering with plan cards written in BTS mania were recreated, reminiscent of the Beatles' visit to the U.S. to perform on stage.

BTS is continuing their tour of "LOVE YOURSELF: SPEAK YOURSELF" at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey on May 18 and 19.
