
MONSTA X has appeared in 'KCON 2019 JAPAN'
Starting with the Japanese performance of "KCON" in 2016, MONSTA X has been a unique global presence, attending "KCON" held in the U.S., Mexico, Australia and Thailand around the rest of the world.
It was released with the Japanese single "Shoot Out" released in March and ranked first and second on Tower Records, a local well-known record label, and Oricon Chart, Japan's largest music collection website, respectively, and set a high record by winning a special certificate, "Gold Disc," given only to singles sold more than 100,000 copies in the country, under the selection of the Japanese Recording Association, just 10 days after its released. It also proved their popularity by publishing a fan concert "2019 JAPAN FAN CONCERT 'PICNIC' linking six Japanese cities.
In addition, starting with their debut single "HERO" in 2017, singles "Beautiful," "SPOTLIGHT," "LIVIN "IT UP" and full-length album "PIECE" have all topped the Oricon and Tower Records charts, and "SPOTLIGHT" and "LIVIN "IT UP" are also selected for "Gold Disc."
In addition, they have completely captivated Japanese fans by performing strong melodies, sexy and powerful performances, as they have sold out various local tour performances, including participation in Japan's largest music festival "SUMMER SONIC 2017," which is attended by all world-renowned artists.
Recently, MONSTA X has successfully finished its second part of its second full-length album, 'TAKE.2 WE ARE HERE' (above A Heer) and its title track 'Alligator' activities, and successfully performed in Seoul, a world tour that encompasses 18 cities around the world. In September, they will continue their global move by attending the "2019 IHeartradio Music Festival" in Las Vegas as the only Korean artist.
