[The Fact] Singer Roh Tae hyun won the FAN N STAR Rising Star Award.

FAN N STAR released a video showing Noh's feelings about the No. 1 ranking. Earlier, Yong guk topped the Rising Star vote for the fifth consecutive week from Feb. 18 to March 25. The trophy was delivered to Roh Tae hyun.

Candidates of Rising stars will be chosen arbitrarily by FAN N STAR and target artists with the potential to emerge as a trend in the future. Any artist who is growing up step by step due to his unique music activities regardless of his debut year, gender or age can be nominated.

A special benefit will be given to the top prize for five consecutive weeks in the "Rising Star Award." First of all, the award will be announced to Korea, Japan and China's The Facts website. The good news of winning the Rising Star award is available in foreign countries beyond Korea.
