Sojin, Contract with DreamT Entertainment Expires
[THE FACT] Sojin of Girl’s Day is separating with the agency, DreamT Entertainment, she was with for 8 years, in this coming March.
The agency DreamT Entertainment officials called <THE FACT> on the 11th afternoon and said, “Sojin’s contract with DreamT Entertainment will expire on March” and “There’s no possibility of renewing it”.
Regarding other members’ position, “There no discussions yet. Also regarding the album releasing, there nothing on the conversation yet.” said the agency.
Sojin’s debut in music industry was in 2010 as a member of the girl group Girl’s Day. Girl’s day, with the hot popularity under DreamT Entertainment, has renewed their conract in 2017. Then 2 years has passed and are now in the renewing situation once more. Other than Sojin, whose decision of not renewing the contract has been officially disclosed, the music industry is paying attention on the decisions of the three other members of Girl’s day (Yura, Minah, and Hyeri).
