[The Fact | Reporter Jeong Byeong-geun] Girl group TWICE will release a regular album in Japan in August following their regular album in Korea in July.
On the 11th at midnight, TWICE (Nayeon, Jeongyeon, Momo, Sana, Jihyo, Mina, Dahyun, Chaeyoung, Tzuyu) released a teaser video on their official Japanese social media along with news of their 6th regular album 'ENEMY' to be released on August 27th.
The video captures attention with its vintage texture, the presence of instruments such as drums, guitars, and keyboards throughout, and the members' styling reminiscent of a rock band.
Ahead of their Japanese regular album, TWICE will release their 4th regular album in Korea 'THIS IS FOR' on July 11th. This is their first full-length album in about 3 years and 8 months since 'Formula of Love: O+T=<3' in November 2021.
In addition, TWICE will begin a new world tour of the same name as their new album at Incheon Inspire Arena on July 19-20 after the release of their 4th full-length album. According to their agency JYP Entertainment, this tour will open all seats of the concert halls to 360 degrees, allowing for a more three-dimensional and vivid viewing of TWICE's stage.
Riding on the momentum, they will headline the large-scale music festival 'Lollapalooza Chicago' held in Grant Park, Chicago, Illinois, USA on August 2 (local time), further enhancing their 'stadium artist' activities.
Since then, they have expanded their domestic and international activities up to their 6th full-length Japanese album, continuing their reputation as the 'top global girl group'. Detailed information about TWICE's 6th Japanese full-length album 'ENEMY' will be sequentially revealed on the group's official social media at a later date.
